when is the best time to go onto a CB radio? emergency?
When the cell towers are out because a tornado took them down CBs will be more useful. Cbs can be used when ever. It’s like a walkie talkie only with the possibilities of more range. HAM radio’s a similar also, although you do have to get a license for that.
